The Hossawa Falls

Lake Okutama
In spring, a good 10,000 cherry trees adorn the surrounding with cherry blossoms. Fresh green leaves of summer, red colored leaves of autumn, and a wintry scene ; each is tasteful.
Tokyo Community Forest
A site of 197 hectares in area has 5 zones of woods and shows you nature of uplands from 1000 meters to 1527 meters above sea level.
Okutama Circular Way
The roads are 19 kilometers long in total and join Kazuma to Lake Okutama. You can enjoy an atmosphere of nature to the full with a grand view of mountains.
Kanoto Rocks
A natural monument of Tokyo. The rocks of 100 meters high like natural great doors confront a mountain stream from both sides.
Eiji Yoshikawa Commemorative Museum
Eiji Yoshikawa is called the father of national literature. His books, posthumous works, and the like are put on view to the general public.
Gyokudo Art Gallery
The great artist of traditional Japanese painting deeply loved nature of Okutama. His works full of poetic sentiment, his library, the articles left by him, etc. are exhibited.
Nippara Limestone Cave
This limestone cave full of thrills is famous for the Kanoto district's largest scale. As the temperature is 11 degrees all the year round, it is cool in summer and warm in winter.
The Dream Falls
These womanly falls are running down on a rock surface delicately and gracefully.
Hinohara-mura Heritage Center
The exhibits are excavation at the village's ruins, ancient documents, daily goods, etc.
